  • The European commission has suggested that member states should start taking a series of actions which will provide for appropriate salaries, guaranties for accessing to the essential services, for instance the right of housing, and measure to tackle poverty.
  • The actions taken so far have produced/yielded results, but accessing to these services is often fragmented, making difficult to get help for those who are in need.
